Rowwad Advisory and Business Solutions proudly participated in the Government Procurement Plan Forum 2026 (Mushtarayat 2026), held from 20–22 October 2025 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC).
The three-day event, organized by Qatar Development Bank (QDB) in collaboration with the Qatar Chamber, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and the Ministry of Finance, served as the annual platform for unveiling Qatar’s State Procurement Plan for 2026. It brought together key representatives from ministries, government agencies, public institutions, and private-sector partners to strengthen collaboration and support the country’s economic diversification goals under Qatar National Vision 2030.

Mushtarayat 2026 featured detailed presentations from various ministries and authorities including the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Municipality, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Public Works Authority (Ashghal), Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (Kahramaa), Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, and Civil Service & Government Development Bureau.
